Updates on free public transport, road and river closures during the royal cremation ceremonies

The public is permitted to witness the royal funeral ceremonies from these five areas. Registration opens on 25 Oct, 05:00

5. Sanam Chai Road

Those looking to witness the ceremonies must be present at one of the security checkpoints with your proof of identification. Checkpoints open at 05:00, 25 Oct.

Passengers traveling from cities located further than 300 kilometers from Bangkok are offered a 20 percent discount (from 00:01 on 25 October to 24:00 on 28 October only).

Passengers traveling from Sara Buri and Ayutthaya get a 20 percent discount only on 26 October.
