Phya Thai Palace, the lesser-known former royal residence near Victory Monument, opens its doors in the evening for the first time in many years as it celebrates its 101st anniversary with a series of stunning light shows.
For one month, vibrant lights will light up the facade and interiors of the palace’s various buildings, accentuating its enduring neoclassical motifs. The palace grounds will showcase lighting installations by five of Thailand’s leading lighting artists: Ama Studio, Designkit, Na Satta, FOS Lighting Design, and LightSource.
The lighting showcase will go on from 18:00 to 21:00 every night until March 16. Tickets are priced at B200 for Thai adults and B400 for foreigners and are available on Zip Events.
