The Sukhothai Bangkok's Celadon has nominated Head Chef Rosarin Sriprathum to collaborate with Head Chef Anthony Burd of La Scala in hosting a four-hand fine-dining experience on Friday, 25th September at Celadon.
This tasting menu will be crashed between "the authentic Thai taste" and "the progressive Italian taste" to create such an adventurous dining experience.
There will be six courses for the night, including two main highlights: Grilled Phuket Lobster with Red Curry Sauce and Blue Swimmer Crab Fagotini
Tickets are B3,000++ per person, with a wine-pairing choice for B4,200++ per person. The dinnner starts at 18:00.
