Time Out says

"Dip a well-baked ceramic donut into glossy cream made of luster glaze, and decorate it with fancy Swarovski crystals to add a sense of volume."

This is how you make everyone's favorite sweet carb-heavy treat like this quirky artists, Jae Yong Kim. After his actual donut crumbled down due to the financial crisis, Kim was still determined to keep on his passion for this pastry by making it into a piece of ceramic art that represents everybody's "own wishes and desires" like how he wishes to "not go after money" but do what he likes to.

And the collection of Donut Fear is the result of Kim's perseverance and integrity that you can now witness through a virtual experience hosted by Tang Contemporary Art. Because of the current regulations regarding venue closure in Bangkok, you can scroll through to take a look at the artworks via this link (a preview video is available here), or you can contact the gallery directly for an exclusive visit.
