Cantonese set menus at Shang Palace

Executive Chinese chef Chow Wai Man is rolling out two Cantonese set menus: The Prosperity Set (B25,888/table of 10) and The Longevity Set (B29,888/table of 10). Go extra by ordering lo hei (starts from B1,288), a Cantonese-style raw fish salad exclusively created by Chef Chow. It’s believed that the higher you toss the dish, the better your wealth and fortune in the year ahead. Per tradition, the hotel will also host a traditional lion dance on 25 Jan at 10.15 a.m.
