Experience a revitalising journey with two wellbeing sessions designed to refresh and restore balance. Every Saturday from 2pm to 3pm at The House on Sathorn, the Sound Healing session invites you to relax with 40 minutes of yoga, followed by 20 minutes of sound healing and 10 minutes of soothing tongue drum therapy, all led by an expert instructor. On Sundays, from 2pm to 3pm at the WET room, dive into the invigorating Polar Plunge ice bath, led by a professional, to increase circulation and energise your body. These sessions offer a holistic approach to wellness, helping you to rejuvenate both mentally and physically. Every Saturday-Sunday. B690 and it’s complimentary for in-house guests.
