Cookbook author and vegetarian enthusiast Simran Savlani will be recreating her meat-free recipes from her recent release A Spark of Madness as a multi-course dinner with the collaboration with Bangkok's popular plant-based restaurant Vistro.
The Mad Dinner is priced at B2,100 per person, inclusive of seven courses like Scallion Pinwheels, a rework of Taiwanese scallion pancakes; Guava Chaat, a new take on Indian classics; and Kimchi Fried Orzo that combines Italian and Korean sensibilities.
