Famed Japanese noodle shop Yuji Ramen has finally opened its first outpost in Bangkok on the second floor of Central Chidlom.
Born in Brooklyn, Yuji Ramen is run by Yuji Haraguchi, who also brought in café-slash-restaurant Okonomi—also from the New York borough—earlier this year. While Okonomi focuses on Japanese-style breakfast fare, this new establishment in Chidlom mainly focuses on serving mazemen or broth-less noodles.
Three flavors are offered at the Bangkok branch: Bacon & Egg (B220), Spicy Tuna (B220), and Tomato Miso (B200). If you’re craving rice, go for the mini donburi of your choice: Tuna Chashu Don (B220) or Hotate Don (B200).
Yuji Ramen is located at Public Market, a new food-centric community at Central Chidlom (2nd floor).
