There are many reasons to love Uno Mas on the 54th floor of the Centara Grand at CentralWorld Hotel, from breathtaking views of Bangkok’s downtown to a wide selection of Spanish and Mediterranean dishes. 

Chef Joan Tanya Dot focuses on authentic flavor introducing dishes like Spanish cold cuts using the best Joselito ham from Salamanca and Gambas Pil Pil, a sizzling hot chili shrimp served with garlic. The highlight of the restaurant is Cochinillo, a two-week-old suckling pig roasted in the imported stove from Spain. The portion is served in half and the meat is tender while the skin is so crispy it can be proved by cutting it with plate, a traditional Spanish way.
