Time Out says

Tsijiri (don’t mix this up with the Tokyo’s fish market – that’s Tsukiji), a respected Japanese green tea master from Uji, a small town in Kyoto, has branched out to Bangkok following its parade of international forays into megacities like London, Toronto and Melbourne last year.

Nestled on the 7th floor of Emquartier’s Helix Quartier, expect premium matcha drink (from B145), as well as other matcha-based treats like soft-serve, shaved ice, cakes and pastries. Our pick would totally go for Tsujiri Sundae (B175) that sees the rich matcha soft-serve swirl on top of the delicate layer of red bean and crunchy toasted brown rice, served with shiratama and chestnut balls.

It is noteworthy that the Bangkok branch will be the world’s first to serve matcha macarons which will be up for grab earlier in the year.
