Eating sushi from a buffet need not be a disappointing experience. At the Square in Novotel on Siam Square, experienced chefs prepare the sushi fresh and use only top-notch ingredients. Everything else in the international buffet, particularly the dessert, is as enjoyable (sounds like a happy ending for everyone).
