A newly-opened pizza eatery on the second floor of The Quarter Hotel in Silom, where you can enjoy their homemade pizzas with signature toppings. Named after the precise size of sourdough needed for the perfect pizza, try signature meatballs (B270) or go full cheese mode with a margherita (B190). Sparkling wines are served to match those pizzas.

Bianca’s funghi i speck (B560) blends sautéed mushroom and smoked speck with mozzarella. Hawaiian 2.0 (B590) makes a note-worthy attempt to couple pineapple with cotto ham and rocket salad.

Starting their journey as a humble pizza truck, this pizzeria in Ruam Rudee retains the essence of Italian cuisine with a classy interior and al fresco dining. Here the pizzas are divided into DOC and gourmet with over twenty to choose from on the extensive family-style menu.72-hour dough is used to make slow-cooked pizza so its texture is soft inside and crunchy on the crust, re-creating Nonna Nella’s pizza scent using simple and authentic ingredients. Vegetariana with organic tomato, fior di latte mozzarella, zucchini, eggplant and bell peppers (B420) is delizioso.

Step inside and you will find a restaurant decorated with assorted artwork reminiscent of an Italian street market.
