This restaurant on Emquartier plays up a fusion between Japanese and Western cuisine as seen in dishes like spaghetti with shoyu (Japanese soy sauce) and mayonnaise. Their desserts are as fascinating, liquid nitrogen-smoked Mango Snowball, in particular. Rumor has it they have the best Japanese cheesecake in town.
