Despite looking more like a hipster cafe, Shabebee Roti Cha gets our vote for serving some of the best modern Muslim cuisine in Bangkok. Original recipes inherited from the owner’s family, which actually descended from the ancient Cham kingdom, have been given a twist to please the palates of today’s diners. We love the variety of fried roti served with various dips (taken best with milk tea), but if you’re a fan of curry, you’ll definitely go crazy over their tasty selection of curry mixes.
