PIRATE CHAMBRE HAS been operating for quite some time, serving up delectable dishes inspired by global cuisine. But owner Nachanok "Chef Pirate G" Ratanadaros has revamped their menu and the results are 50 new dishes focusing on an eclectic mix of pan-continental flavors.
Highlights include Peruvian-style tuna ceviche with avocado, mango and caviar, served with baked nacho cheese and spiced with Thai chili (B460); and unagi risotto, an Italian rice dish mixed with Japanese eel, crispy nori and salmon roe (B480). End your meal with the S'more Ice Cream (marshmallow roll stuffed with vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream, B265).
