Time Out says

Situated in a shabby shophouse, Pad Thai Nana is famous for its Chinese-style pad Thai that mixes fresh sen chan (rice noodles) with dried sen lek (rice stick noodles). The stove is managed by the owner on weekdays while her sibling (a younger sister) takes control on weekends. So even if they use the same recipe, the flavors may vary. The place is quite popular so you may have to wait to dine at this 70-year-old diner.
