Namo is the pop-up collaboration between Van Chalermpon and Black Panupong, two chefs who are also best friends. Tucked behind an unmarked door on Sukhumvit Soi 49, this tiny deep black room is where diners will be served multinational cuisine with a heavy Japanese influence.
Namo, which means “to bow humbly” only offers a 12-course dinner (B3,600) made with mostly local ingredients. The place will be open for only three months until November. Book your seat via LINE @namo.bkk
