Time Out says

You would need to brave the long queue that starts snaking around the block hours before the restaurant opens to discover what the fuss is all about at Ko Benz. The decade-old street eatery is famed for its khao tom haeng (brothless porridge), which is cooked according to an old family recipe. Located opposite Jo Ong shrine in Phuket Town, Ko Benz is packed every night with both locals and tourists.

Owner Racha “Big” Boonyasittisapon makes sure that each order of khao tom haeng is served with perfectly cooked jasmine rice doused in a bit of soup, and a generous portion of pork balls, crispy pork belly and pork entrails. For the best Ko Benz experience, pair your dried porridge with a serving of fall-of-the-bone pork ribs in robustly flavored broth.
