Premium sushi doesn’t have to be overly expensive. At Kabocha, imported ingredients are brilliantly paired with reasonable prices. Start with the unagi and foie gras salad followed up by mouth-watering rolled-rice parades of akami, chutoro, otoro, foie gras salmon, and crispy nori uni. Bigger eaters can dig into rice bowls topped with a variety of seafood.
