Sample the signature Thai gub-gaem (drinking food) at its finest, and you’ll quickly see why Samlor has earned the prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand Award. Pae Ketumarn, Group Beverage Manager at Funkytown, is also in attendance, creating limited-edition cocktails that feature Thailand's very own Phraya Rum. Drink flavours of krapow as you sip on smash-style cocktails with Phraya Elements Rum, Thai basil, coriander, dill, mint, coconut, lime and chilli while you taste perfectly smoked duck breast with Chinese 5-spice "palo" sauce and chilli vinegar and "moo ping" smoked pork ribs with coconut glaze and spicy jaew sauce.
