Pae Ketumarn, Group Beverage Manager at Funkytown, is also in attendance, creating limited-edition cocktails that feature Thailand's very own Phraya Rum. Drink flavours of krapow as you sip on smash-style cocktails with Phraya Elements Rum, Thai basil, coriander, dill, mint, coconut, lime and chilli while you taste perfectly smoked duck breast with Chinese 5-spice "palo" sauce and chilli vinegar and "moo ping" smoked pork ribs with coconut glaze and spicy jaew sauce.
