Time Out says

The first brick-and-mortar cafe of the country’s leading Nitro cold brew necessities suppliers sits on a happening land and comes with creative twist.

Spread across the first floor of a three-story building on Soi Saladaeng 1, Euroka is a mash-up of trendy exposed brick and whitewashed interiors. Nitro cold brew coffee is the specialty here, poured from nitro taps that line the coffee bar. Creative license is taken with cold brew coffee—the bar sends out concoctions such as salted cured egg latte (kai kem latte), which combines a layer of concentrated cold brew coffee with caramelized cured egg syrup and adash of peanut butter sauce (B120), and Black Mocha which uses coco nib syrup and coconut water (B100). There’s also a Thai tea version of durian sticky rice, where Thai tea is mixed with durian-infused syrup and macadamia chocolate (B120).

For non-caffeinated option, we recommend the sparkling lemonade with yuzu jelly and sakura syrup (B140). The second floor and third floor of Eureka will host a Western-style eatery and a private dining space that will be opening in the near future.
