There are many reasons to visit the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). Maybe you’re here for the APEC Summit, to browse through a book fair, dance at a concert, or just snap photos of the art it houses. Regardless of the reason, you’re bound to get hungry or, at the very least, peckish. Thanks to its central location, there are a number of spots to eat in and around the center, from cheap food courts, to casual eateries, to elegant restaurants that look out to stunning views.

At Thailand’s very first branch of the American seafood chain, you can enjoy giant succulent Maine lobsters that come with the restaurant’s signature sauce and spicy chili dipping sauce that you can only find in Thailand.

Located on the 28th floor of the Wyndham Bangkok Queen Convention Centre, this shop is named after a Portuguese-Japanese woman who lived in the 17th century during the ancient Ayutthaya era. While Marie Guimar is said to have introduced Portuguese-influenced golden egg yolk-based sweets to Thai cuisine, the restaurant itself serves a wide selection of classic Thai dishes from different eras. Complementing the beautifully presented food are vintage-style celadon-colored decor and gorgeous views of Benjakitti Park.

This is one of the few bars in the immediate area—and it’s a rooftop spot. Also set in Wyndham hotel, the bar is inspired by Constantine Phaulkon, Marie Guimar’s infamous Greek husband who was a highly influential figure in King Narai’s court.  Its intimate drinking atmosphere and 360-degree vistas of Benchakitti Park, Chao Phraya River, and Asoke skyscrapers are the bar’s main draws.

Located a short walk from QSNCC, this casual eatery has benefited from internet hype. Diners—and social media influencers—like its fuss-free atmosphere, the affordable comfort food menu (we’re talking B1XX for spaghetti, which is rare in Asoke), and the humble and friendly staff.
