The pizzas churned out from this food truck are inspired by Asian cuisine, and use Oriental herbs and spices as well as Indian roti dough. A pizza with water mimosa is particularly outstanding, as are the variants with nam prik ong (Northern Thai chili paste), salmon and climbing wattle, and prawn tom yum.
