After introducing the Josh Kaffa cafe back in April, the people behind a hotel with 70s vibes in Ari are ready to make a debut of their full-on food attempt, in the form of a cloud kitchen called Josh Pochana. The hotel has converted its kitchen into a co-sharing cooking space to welcome famed eateries around the city looking to expand their delivery services to Ari on a lower budget.

Now-closed House of Bak Kut Teh on Soi Sukhumvit 49 is the first eatery to set up a cooking station at the hotel to churn out its famed throat-warming Singapore-style Bak Kut Teh for delivery. You can also opt for other fulfilling offerings like braised pork leg with Chinese buns, deep-friend Chinese dough sticks, Chinese-style congees, and other Singaporean delicacies.

Josh Pochana promises to rotate its food lineup from time to time, so keep up with them on Facebook here. For now, call them up at 06 2942 0338 to order. The restaurant is currently working on joining online delivery apps at the moment.
