As one of the leading media specialized in city life, we aim to enable and inspire everyone to make the best out of their life in Bangkok, and that's why a project like Time Out Weekend emerged.
Time Out Weekend grew out of our motive to curate one great weekend filled with cool activities for everyone to experience a new way to spend the days like no others. Moreover, with the ongoing health crisis posed by the COVID-19 pandemic early this year, traveling scenes everywhere in the globe—and Bangkok's is no exception—are severely affected, so we want to lend a helping hand to all hospitality businesses in the city as much as we can.
After racking our brains to come up with a good staycation plan, we—with terrific support from Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT)—finally launched the very first Time Out Weekend at the fun-loving W Bangkok on October 3 - 4. We hosted a party-themed weekend for fun-loving guests to let loose and relax for two whole days.
Among a long list of joy-driven activities included a blow-out party, a romantic sunset preview, a fine wine dinner at PAII, and of course another cocktail party till late and a brunch with wines. All guests left W Bangkok with happiness and yes a cute little hangover, but the smile on everyone's face confirms that our own version of weekend was a complete success.
With our confidence being boosted from the first time, we decided to unleash the second edition of Time Out Weekend. But this time, we toned down the crazy and bringing more calmness and inner peace. So that's why we resort to wellness-oriented Sindhorn Kempinski.
Weekenders were taken under the gigantic roof of the freshly-opened hotel and enjoyed wide-ranging activities made for treating their well-being. There were a Zumba class, a virtual cycling class, Thermal Experience, morning yoga and many first-class facilities.
We didn't forget to look after everyone's stomach with delicious dinner by Louk Jaan by Saneh Jaan, hearty breakfast at Flourish, and a great set of afternoon tea. The whole weekend, again, is another achievement for us, as all guests left home with incredible feelings.
All in all, we would like to thank you TAT who has been an amazing supporter, Jacob's Creek for quality wines, and every guest who believes in us enough to join these two past events of Time Out Weekend.
