Climb the elevator to the 39th floor to Penthouse Bar + Grill for feasting amidst art-deco elegance. The Penthouse Grill will dish up a five-course delight (B7,500) starring the likes of Cadoret oyster, Sevruga caviar and vodka mignonette; Hokkaido scallop, Iberico ham and passion fruit; wagyu tomahawk, bone marrow, truffle and Bordelaise sauce; and the dessert of Valrhona chocolate, salted caramel, peanut and banana passion fruit sorbet.
