After a hiatus of a few months due to coronavirus outbreak, The House on Sathorn will resume its operations starting this Saturday, July 4.
Praised as one of Bangkok's most gorgeous neoclassical mansions, The House on Sathorn was built in 1889 during the reign of King Rama V as the residence of wealthy businessman Luang Sathorn Rajayutka. The neoclassical mansion was later served as a luxury hotel and the Russian Embassy. It is now home to two of W Bangkok's famous dine-and-wine outlets.
The reopening of the services includes elegant cocktail bar The Bar at The House on Sathorn and Thai seafood restaurant Paii, which finally extends its dining space to the mansion's second floor. Dining rooms will be open daily from noon to midnight. Afternoon tea will also be available between 14:30 and 17:30.
