Until 24th March, Jojo Restaurant at St Regis Bangkok welcomes the talented Patrick Jeffroy, the restauranteur and chef of the two Michelin-starred namesake establishment in the seaside town of Carantec in Brittany, to prepare six-course lunches (B3,800) and eight-course dinners (B5,800).

Jeffroy is known for excelling classic French creations enhanced by the flavor of seafood and local produce of Brittany. At the same time, the chef is not afraid to reinvent new rules by infusing foreign ingredients like Oriental spices.

At Jojo, Jeffroy is showcasing his marvelous talent that beautifully merges the sumptuous taste of Brittany with enticing Asian flavors in the likes of pressed crabs served with Jerusalem artichoke and Thai coconut curry, the saffron-infused foam intended by the flavor of mussel served with salmon roe, and roasted duck with five-spiced red wine sauce and daikon.
