This yoga class at Panpuri Wellness re-energizes your body and helps you sleep better

From 9 to 15 March, Panpuri Wellness welcomes Singaporean yoga specialist Youmin Yap who will be conducting classes in Yoga Nidra. Also known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique aimed at relaxing your body, soothing your mind and helping you sleep better at night. The 45-minute session guides your mind toward the in-between states of conscious and subconscious in order to reach “a deep state of relaxation.” It also helps you control your breathing sequences, and frees the imagination in order to re-energize your body.

Yoga Nidra sessions at Panpuri Wellness (B750 per session/person) start at 18:30 pm on weekdays and 17:00 pm on weekends. You can also combine a session with the spa’s one- day Mindful Retreat for Better Sleep program (B5,000), which includes a 120-minute massage, access to the public onsen, and food and a drink from Wellness Bar.
