After a two-month hiatus due to the coronavirus outbreak, Japanese-born hotel The Okura Prestige Bangkok will resume operations of its famed Japanese restaurant Yamazato to cater takeout and delivery orders from the first of June.
Designed by Yamazato's chef Shigeru Hagiwara, the takeout menu features highlights such as Unagi Kabayagi Bento (grilled eel served with rice, salad, Japanese egg roll, vegetable soup and pickles, B1,000); Kaki Fry (deep-fried oyster with breadcrumbs, B400) and Ebiten Maki (shrimp tempura rolls, B400); Satsuma Kuroushi Sirloin (premium Japanese black cattle sirloin from Kagoshima Prefecture comes with steamed rice, B2,600). Other dishes include salads, grilled dishes, fried dishes, rice dishes, sushi rolls and Teppanyaki. Prices start from as low as B300/dish.

Order time is between 10:00–20:00. The food will be delivered via Grad and Line Man or you can also pick up your food at Bell counter on the first floor of the hotel building.
