Today (September 22, 2020), the cabinet has officially added four more holidays to the November and December calendars, with the aim to boost up the national economy according to Ministry of Tourism and Sports.
For the forthcoming November, the additional holidays will be taking place on the 19th and the 20th, making the third weekend of the month into a big 4-day slot for vacation from the 19th to the 22nd.
Meanwhile, December will see a small change: previously, the government assigned the 7th as the substitution holiday for the 5th, but now, it is reported that the 11th will be the official holiday in December. When compiled with Constitution Day on the 10th, the new date will make room for a big holiday on the second weekend from the 10th to the 13th.
Let's make some plans for a big getaway.
