Jon Lee, the rising-star bartender of Singaporean The Tippling Club will make a short stop-over at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok’s The Bamboo Bar to sling three selections of the hyped gummy bear cocktails of his watering hole on 15 May, 8pm onwards.
Previously trained as a chef, Lee was one of the six finalists in Bacardi Legacy cocktail competition 2017 in Singapore and represented The Tippling Club. The famous Singaporean cocktail bar-slash-restaurant was recently awarded the 7thbest bar of Asia in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2018 list and was praised for avant-garde cocktails, each of which is represented by uniquely-scented gummy bear and comes with its own edible garnish.
