The Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) has issued a daily report on its Facebook page today (April 23), classifying the numbers of COVID-infected cases found in Thailand. It turns out that the figure has reached an all-time high with 2,070 new cases found, 1,902 of which are those who received a test from medical services while the other 160 cases are discovered by the government's proactive screening measure. It's also asserted that eight of the cases are those who traveled into the kingdom.
Accordingly, the accumulated number of those suffering from coronavirus is 50,183, with 11,830 patients residing in Bangkok and Nonthaburi. Meanwhile, only 964,825 individuals have already received vaccines from the government's provision.
