The five-star establishment in Langsuan has revamped its Sunday brunch offering and has tagged it with a new name: Extravaganza. So you can just imagine how lavish it is.
Set at all-day-dining restaurant Flourish, the hotel’s Extravaganza Sunday Brunch features an all-new line-up of dishes from a range of international cuisines, including Japanese, Thai, Italian, and Arabic. Feast all you want on Canadian lobster, Fine De Claire oysters, and black mussels, as well as a wide selection of sushi and cured fish prepared by Chef Hiroyuki Yokoyama of KI Izakaya. From there you can move on to Middle Eastern staples, from hummus to moutabal to chicken shawarma, made by Lebanese chef Omar Hazim. The spread also includes house-made pizzas, pasta, and decadent desserts.
Sindhorn Kempinski’s Extravaganza Sunday Brunch is available every Sunday from 12 to 3pm, and is priced at B3,200++ per person. Add B1,600++ if you want it with a free-flow sparkling beverage and Long Drink Mix.
