Starting today, Starbucks is implementing a price hike of five baht across all its beverages in Thailand. As a result, a tall size latte now costs B130, a grande size is priced at B145, and a venti size is set at B160. Additional requests such as soy milk or oat milk will remain at B15.
In their statement, Starbucks Thailand cited rising budget and operational costs as the reasons for the price adjustment. Notably, the prices of food and coffee beans remain unchanged.
This news comes a few days after the BTS Skytrain decided to increase commuting prices, adding at least one baht per station. No more free rides for those extensions either.
