When was the last time you got to experience such a unique experience of Thai fine dining by Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin? Siam Kempinski Bangkok's one-Michelin-starred dining room has reopened to welcome back discerning diners with the return of the Summer Journey set menu co-created by Kiin Kiin's Chef Henrik Yde Andersen and Sra Bua's Chef Chayawee Suthcharitchan.
The return of this Michelin-starred eatery also comes with the usual street food starters and new features like an oyster served with miso sauce and a Thai-style spicy crab cake. The main star during this season is a 48-hour sous-vide Austarlian beef massaman curry. Your course meal will be wrapped up with a set of quirky desserts like Phuket pineapple tartar infused with Thai herbs.
Because of the current alcohol ban, Srabua by Kiin Kiin team has shifted to pairing the meal with a series of creative juice blends to compliment the flavors and add more fun to each course.
Summer Journey is priced at B1,850++ for the four-course lunch and B2,600++ for the six-course dinner with the juice-pairing option starting from B390. Reservation can be made now via 0 2162 9000.
