For years, Siam Paragon has been lauded as one of the best spots to experience the magic of Christmas, the time of the year when Parc Paragon and the rest of the mall becomes a wonderland of spectacular light decorations, stunning Christmas trees and show-stopping performances.
Celebrations of the future
This year, Siam Paragon has commissioned artist Jackkrit Anantakul to create an interactive exhibition called “Magic from the Universe”. Inspired by space and the world above, it features star-themed augmented reality (AR ) that you can play with using your mobile devices. This AR artistry features four characters that symbolize hope and happiness, which we all need after a gloomy year dealing with COVID-19.
Holiday cheer is also guaranteed with a 15-meter Christmas tree, a forest of sparkling lights and a series of entertaining shows. From now until the end of December, expect surprise encounters with street performers at Parc Paragon every evening, from 4 pm onwards. It’s a holiday extravaganza that both kids and those who are kids at heart will surely enjoy.
Spend more, enjoy more
Across every floor, shops, boutiques and restaurants join in the spirit of the season by offering jaw-dropping deals, cheerful packaging and seasonal menus. Spend more to get free cash vouchers so you can indulge in more holiday shopping. Rack up a shopping bill worth B15,000 and get a B700 Siam Gift Card. Or eat a meal worth B800 at any restaurant in the mall and get a B100 Siam Gift Card.
These gift cards can be used at any shop in Siam Paragon, Siam Center and Siam Discovery. The B100 Siam Gift Card can be used on succeeding purchases with a minimum amount of B200, while the B700 Siam Gift Card can be used on succeeding purchases with a minimum amount of B1,400. The gift card redemption counter is located on the M Floor of Siam Paragon.
Out-of-towner perks
That’s not all. Siam Paragon is offering more special discounts for holders of the Tourist Card. This card entitles you to discounts up to 30 percent at select shops plus an additional 5 percent discount at Paragon Department Store. International tourists can get an extra 6 percent discount when they apply for a VAT refund.
Here’s a secret, though: You don’t actually have to be a “tourist” to avail of the tourist card. The discount card is applicable to all non-Thais, which means expats with a registered passport can also apply. And it’s free! Click here to apply
