Gone are the days when shopping malls were just about fancy clothes and great food. Siam Paragon proves it's more than just a mall, continuing to elevate its status as the ‘Grand Stage of The World’ with its ‘Luxury for All’ concept. This shows that it’s not only about shopping – art has become a central part of the experience. Beyond housing iconic stores from world-class international and Thai brands, Siam Paragon brings art to life through its inspiring ‘Arena of Arts’.
This year, in celebration of its 20th anniversary, the mall has completed a monumental transformation, further cementing its commitment to the arts. The newly revamped space serves as a platform where Thai and international artists showcase their work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, featuring rotating exhibitions and a wide array of art-focused activities. Visitors are encouraged to connect with art in meaningful ways and discover new perspectives throughout the year.
Stretching over 100,000 square metres from the ground to the fourth floor, Siam Paragon integrates contemporary art into everyday life. It offers a platform for both
Thai and international artists to reach the mall’s 100 million-plus annual visitors, making it a go-to destination for celebrating and showcasing Thai creativity.
Explore ONESIAM, a vibrant destination in the heart of Bangkok. Here, you'll discover three iconic and inter-connected shopping destinations: Siam Paragon, Siam Center and Siam Discovery. These locations have stayed true to their mission of delivering experiences that continually surprise, inspire, and offer transformative experiences for visitors of all ages. ONESIAM was the first shopping district to blend art into everyday life, making it accessible and relatable for all. Together, these three co-destinations create ‘first experiences’ that consistently inspire and delight visitors with one-of-a-kind, art-infused moments.
At Siam Center, Thai artists’ works take centre stage, turning the space into a hub for ‘Creative Thais’. Siam Discovery takes it further with collaborations featuring world-renowned artists and designers like M/M (Paris), led by Mathias Augustyniak and Michael Amzalag. The New York-based design studio SOFTlab teamed up with ECOTOPIA to create a stunning tree-shaped installation, offering a fresh take on sustainability.
Art projects don’t stop there – ONESIAM brought the Peanuts Artist Global Collective to Thailand for the first time, featuring creations by seven internationally acclaimed artists, including Rob Pruitt, Nina Chanel Abney and Kenny Scharf. Meanwhile, South Korean graffiti artist Jay Flow left his mark by designing a vibrant basketball court in the heart of the city.
To kick off the new year, Siam Paragon is adding a fresh touch of art and style by teaming up with the world-renowned Spanish artist and designer, Jaime Hayon. With over 25 years of experience, Jaime is known for his unique mix of elegance and playfulness. Together, they've created a one-of-a-kind sculpture, The Future in Our Hand, exclusively showcased at Siam Paragon. This piece reflects the idea that hope and dreams can become reality through our own efforts. You can view it at the shopping complex very soon.
Ahead of the sculpture’s debut, Siam Paragon hosted a special event, Exclusive Conversations on Creativity with Jaime Hayon, on January 18. The talk gave art lovers, design enthusiasts and fans a chance to meet the artist and explore his creative process.
Whether you’re exploring the latest collections from luxury brands or taking a moment to appreciate the surrounding art, Siam Paragon’s Arena of Arts shows that luxury can be fun, creative and inclusive. Stay tuned for more exciting collaborations to come.
