Renowned French chef Manuel Martinez returns to Scarlett for exclusive dinner until 1 Sep

Manuel Martinez, a celebrated French culinary icon, is now taking over the sky-high kitchen of Scarlett at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G from today (28 August) until 1 September.

Martinez is at the helm of the Parisian restaurant Le Relais Louis XIII, which garnered two Michelin stars, and a recipient of the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France award, the French culinary competition organized every four years.

As the driving force of the original menu at Scarlett, chef Martinez revisits the rooftop restaurant to give a refined touch to Thai produce as showcased in the selection of a la carte and course menu items. Fresh tomato from the Royal Project is turned into a refreshing gazpacho with slightly spicy touch from red pepper mousse, while pan-seared Mediterranean forms a perfect marriage with local greens, served ratatouille-style.
