Queen Suthida's birthday announced as national holiday

Nattaporn Jatusripital, an advisor in the prime minister office, announced today (14 May) that Queen Suthida's birthday which falls on 3 June to be national holiday, starting this year onward. 

Queen Suthida was appointed by His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn as The Queen of Thailand on May 1, a few days before the royal coronation. The royal marriage registration took place at the Ampornsathan Throne Hall in the Dusit Palace as announced and published in The Royal Thai Government Gazette.
