Sukhumvit residents will soon have their own neighborhood Muji store.
A decade after opening its first store in Thailand, the Japanese minimalist lifestyle brand is finally opening its first Sukhumvit store.
Bangkok’s latest Muji will be located on the second floor of Emquartier in Phrom Phong, right in the middle of what Bangkokians regard as the city’s Japanese expatriate quarter. (Fact: Most of Bangkok’s Japanese residents live on Sukhumvit, around Soi Sukhumvit 31 to 63).
We can only surmise from the walled construction space that this new store will be massive, and may possibly have a cafe, similar to the Muji branches in Chidlom and Samyan.
Muji at Emquartier will open its doors to the public on 24 September.
