It's confirmed: an uber-popular roast goose parlor from Hong Kong, Kam's Roast Goose, will be opening its first restaurant in Thailand on Feb 11 at CentralWorld.
Originated in Wan Chai in 2014, Hong Kong, Kam's Roast Goose was founded by the grandchildren of the founders of internationally-acclaimed restaurant Yung Kee to focuses on offering roast goose and char siu. According to Time Out Hong Kong, Kam's roast goose boasts "a wonderful aroma that comes from the fatty, roasted skin with a unique savory taste and meaty texture." The restaurant received its first star in the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2015, and has managed to secure the star-studded status for seven consecutive years until now.
The first branch of Kam's Roast Goose will be open on Feb 11 on the 7th floor of megamall CentralWorld.
