First opened in Los Angeles in 2002, KOI is praised as one of the world's most well-known contemporary Japanese restaurants favored by A-listers such as Hollywood sweethearts Leonardo DiCaprio, George Clooney, Madonna and Jennifer Lopez. The restaurant has later spread its wings, branching out to different locations around the world including New York, Las Vegas, Abu Dhabi, and Bangkok.

Following the success of its first outlet in Soi Sukhumvit 20, KOI, this Friday, is officially launching the second outlet in the city on the 39th Floor of Sathorn Square as part of Ce La Vi entertainment and dining complex to churn out Californian-style Japanese fare prepared from finest ingredients by a group of culinary veterans. Highlights you should try include Peppercorn Australian Wagyu Fillet Minon Toban Yaki, Creamy White Shrimp Tempura and Toffy Coffee Cream Puff.

The grand opening event will take place on this Friday (27 Apr).

KOI opens Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday 18:00-1:00, and Friday-Saturday 18:00-2:00.
