Karmakamet Conveyance and Haoma are collaborating to host a charity dinner entitled Karmakamet Conveyance x Haoma #NoOneHungry Charity Dinner for two separate days at each venue.

The theme of the dinner is inspired by the verses of Robindronath Tagore's poetry conveying a message of humanitarianism and feeding the hungry, a massive inspiration for both Haoma's Chef Deepanker "DK" Khosla and Karmakamet Conveyance's Chef Jutamas "Som" Theantae.

Accordingly, the event will see an awe-inspiring 10-course meal under the theme of the West Bengal Indian regional menu (B2,990++), taking place for two nights—one at Karmakamet Conveyance on August 27 and the other at Haoma on September 17—from 18:00 to 20:30.

Every ticket sold for the charity will contribute 20 meals to Haoma's #NoOneHungry campaign. The campaign aims to assist those affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, namely migrant workers who have no income, the low-income individuals and families, and also Chef DK's staff.

The Haoma team will devote their time to resource quality ingredients to churn out at least 1,000 meals wrapped in banana leaves per day and send them back to the distribution center at the location of Haoma. Subsequently, Chef DK and the crew will distribute the meals to four institutions: Lumlukka Old Age Home, the homeless displaced around the Hualumphong area, Baan Unrak Orphanage, and the low-income community of Onnut 14 Rai.

As of now, #NoOneHungry has given out 55,000 meals and is looking for more corporation from the public to help those in need.
