After they told sunset about you back in October 2020, the modern love story between Teh and Oh-aew is now set to carry on with the highly-anticipated sequel in May.
I Promised You the Moon is the title of the next chapter of the Nadao Bangkok-produced Boys Love phenomenon that debuted last year on LINE TV. The series followed two young Phuket natives—Teh (Putthipong "Billkin" Assaratanakul) and Oh-aew (Krit "PP" Amnuaydechkorn)—who develop a romantic relationship while overcoming the adversities of coming of age, gender expectations, and self-acceptance.
The inaugural installment was widespread acclaimed for cool cinematography, performances, and storytelling, all the while introducing more in-depth and critical insights into the Boys Love territory like no other series. The heartthrob duo has risen to stardom and become two of the most wanted stars by both national and international audiences in 2020.
A MILD SPOILER WARNING: the I Told Sunset About You splendor ends with Teh and Oh-aew able to form their longed-for relationship but facing a new challenge posed by their upcoming college life in a different university. The second part as told in I Promised You the Moon will then follow up right where we left, and will surely give us a heart-warming story that brings us to aww-induced smiles and teary eyes.
