Ghost:2561 at various locations; 12am; free

Inaugurated and curated by Korakrit Arunanonchai, Ghost is a series of multi-disciplinary exhibitions, taking places at various venues in Bangkok, that tries to connect the common context of the ghost around the world. Ghost will show between 11 to 28 October at Bangkok’s top cultural venues such as 100 Tonson Gallery, Bangkok Citycity Gallery, Cartel Artspace and Jim Thompson Art Museum. Cocktail menu launch at Tropic City; 7pm; B950

For some time now, the Charoenkrung cocktail bar has drawn guests who seek a tropical blissful getaway filled with well-executed, rum-focused concoctions within a bar that would mimic a beach holiday setting of a tropical island. Sebastian de la Cruz and Philip Stefanescu, both brilliant minds behind Tropic City, recently introduced new cocktail numbers that will take their bevvy, tropical profile to another level.

The Legendary Swordsman at Thunder Dome; 2.30pm; B1,500

Fans of acrobatic art can now start a countdown. Leading show organizer BEC-Tero is bringing back the world-renowned acrobatic troupe from China, Guangzhou Acrobatic Arts Theater, this October. This time, the flying stuntmen will perform the newlycreated show The Legendary Swordman, inspired by a legendary Chinese novel of the same name about martial fighters in ancient China. Expect jaw-dropping gestures, awe-inspiring acts, and everything world-class.

Many Rivers at Kathmandu Photo Gallery; 11am; free

Many Rivers is a solo photography exhibition of artist Bruce Gundersen that explores the belief of psychic creatures in Southeast Asia countries like Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and Thailand.

International Festival of Dance and Music at Thailand Cultural Centre; 7.30pm; B1,500

Bust out your black tie and stiffen up those upper lips. One of the country’s grandest performance festivals returns for its 20th year with a lineup of world-class opera, symphony concerts, and stage shows from around the world. To celebrate this remarkable anniversary, the festival will feature a collaboration between the legendary San Carlo Opera from Naples (Italy) and highly regarded orchestral conductor Zubin Mehta.

Tennyson at Rockademy; 8pm; B1,000

Canadian electronic duo Tennyson is returning to Bangkok, thanks to hip concert organisers Conflakes and Blaq Lyte. This time, you'll get to listen to the sound of the opening act by Bangkok-based hip-hop duo Luss before enjoying the colorful and fun show by the siblings Luke and Tess Pretty who are going to deliver unexpected sounds to you. Don't forget the dress code Asean Delight.
