Don't we all deserve an epic treat to ourselves with one epic dinner buffet to welcome the weekend? The answer is absolutely yes! And VIU Restaurant at The St. Regis Bangkok is here to serve you that.
Every Friday, the restaurant is looking forward to making you filled with pleasure and happiness with a reimagined version of EPIC Dinner Buffet. It's the all-you-can-eat dinner where guests can indulge themselves with an extremely wide array of menus prepared to be served right up on the table.
The first highlight is the seafood tower, which includes New Zealand mussels, river prawns, fresh Fine de Claire oysters, shrimp cocktails, and assorted sushi and sashimi. More importantly, each guest will have one whole lobster that can be served in three ways: grilled lobster thermidor, grilled lobster served with fresh lemon, or truffle mushroom risotto served with grilled lobster.
Furthermore, the buffer also comes together with more seafood items served on ice, alongside many a la carte menus, like seared scallop with roasted vegetables and butter sauce and steamed salmon with soy and ginger sauce.
For heavier fare, meat dishes are also available. Prepare to dig in seared foie gras with balsamic reduction, grilled beef striploin with roasted vegetables and red wine jus, grilled lamb rack with lamb jus, and grilled pork chop with spicy sauce.
There's more on plate to serve out, such as a variety of cold cuts and cheese and many more at the carving station.
To conclude the feast gracefully, the restaurant brings out gorgeous desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Annupong "Aey" Nualchawee, together with homemade ice cream, cheese cake, and tiramisu.
EPIC Dinner Buffet is available every Friday from 18:00 to 22:00 at VIU Restaurant at The St. Regis Bangkok for B2,300++ per guest. The price includes coffee and tea, and guests can add B1,800++ for free-flow wine for two hours.
