With Bangkok's first gubernatorial elections in nine years taking place this Sunday, May 22, from 8:00-17:00, selling alcoholic beverages will be prohibited from 18:00 on May 21 to 18:00 on May 22. According to Thai laws, sales of alcoholic beverages could lead to election manipulation.
