After the interactive chef’s table-style dinner delivered by Bo.lan last month, Lockdown dining series returns for the second session with a special collaboration between Garima Arora from Gaa, Jeremy Chan of one Michelin-starred West African restaurant Ikoyi in London, and Kristian Baumann of Restaurant 108 in Copenhagen. The three chefs will be throwing a lockdown party and delivering scrumptious creations from the three acclaimed restaurants.

The “fine-dining” hamper will be delivered at your doorsteps this Friday evening (8 May), containing dishes designed by the three culinary talents, such as Duck Keema Takoyaki by chef Arora; Butternut squash marinated in almond oil by chef Baumann; and Jollof rice with crab and crab custard by chef Chan. You have a choice of seven-course meal (B3,900/2 persons) or you can amp up your dinner game with the premium menu (B6,500/2 persons) which sees two servings of Kombu ice cream with hazelnut oil and a scoop of Oscietra caviar, a signature dessert of Restaurant 108.

The interactive party will be enlivened by live cooking demonstration by the three chefs, Q&A sessions, and entertainment programs delivered by Suitman Jungle and Nick Luscombe.
