The wait is over. Awakening Bangkok, the annual light and digital art festival of Bangkok, makes a comeback for its sixth edition. This time, the festival is set to illuminate Phra Nakhon and Pak Khlong Talat with 29 installations and digital art showcases themed 'Time Passage' to spotlight the significance of old streets and canals in the Old Town.
Awakening Bangkok is illuminated with support from the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), and Schweppes. Additional support comes from MQDC, OPPO Thailand, BGC, Warner Music, Robinhood, Bangkok University, and Time Out Bangkok.
Show spots are set in four zones:
- Yodpiman River Walk – Pak Khlong Talat (MRT Sam Yod)
- Saranrom Park
- Fueng Nakhon and Phrang Phuthorn neighborhoods
- Lan Khon Muang town square
